    Administrative Assistant Needed

    This individual will work closely with the CEO, Chelsea Johnson in the day to day operations of the company. Our administrative assistant has to operate with high integrity and demonstrate administrative expertise to help our office function effective and efficiently.
     
    Administrative Assistant Role and Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support including answering phones, setting appointments, mailing, scanning, running company errands, ordering office supplies etc.
    • Manage records and information
    • Provide support and general customer service online, telephone and in person.
    • Participates as needed in special projects and other items as requested. 
    • And assist where needed.

    We are looking for the following:

    Must be internet and social media savvy
    Detailed oriented 
    Excellent Oral and Verbal  communication skills is REQUIRED
    Ability to organize 
    Ability to research 
    Follow Instructions well 
    Able to use Microsoft Office Suite 
    Excellent time management skills 
    Skillful in maintaining calendar of events 

    Must be a professional as you will be dealing with buyers, customers, consultants, editors, bloggers and alike.
